El cañon bien pero para identificarme me pidieron mi número de tarjeta con la que hice el pago y adivina… mi pago a Civitatis no era el mismo que el pago a la empresa. Al final lo pude gestionar pero me pedían volver a pagarlo y que ‘devolvieran’ a civitatis su dinero

The cannon was fine, but to identify myself they asked for my card number, the one I used to make the payment, and guess what… my payment to Civitatis wasn't the same as the payment to the company. I was eventually able to sort it out, but they asked me to pay again and 'refund' Civitatis.

Un horror. Civitatis me informó mal de la fecha y si no es por la buena intención del proveedor real (subcontratado por la subcontrata de Civitatis), pierdo la excursión. Traté de resolver la incidencia y Civitatis no hizo absolutamente nada. No hay forma de contactaros y el tfno que poneis no existe. Nunca más volveré a contrataros algo porque dejais tirado al cliente. una de las peores experiencias de mi vida: Lo peor de lo peor.

A nightmare. Civitatis gave me the wrong date, and if it weren't for the good intentions of the actual supplier (a subcontractor of Civitatis's subcontractor), I would have missed the excursion. I tried to resolve the issue, and Civitatis did absolutely nothing. There's no way to contact you, and the phone number you provide is invalid. I will never book anything with you again because you abandon your customers. One of the worst experiences of my life: The absolute worst.

Escursione orribile. La guida ci ha letteralmente fatto correre dentro il canyon. Non ci siamo mai fermati per poter ammirare la meraviglia della natura. Ci ha fatto delle foto mediocri, e quasi non le ha fatte a tutti. Veramente sconsigliato!

Horrible hike. The guide literally made us run into the canyon. We never stopped to admire the wonders of nature. He took mediocre photos of us, and hardly any of us. Highly not recommended!

El lugar es hermoso pero el recorrido es a las corridas. Sin tiempo para nada. Y detrás nuestro ya había otro grupo por lo que si uno quería quedarse sacando una foto, no podía. La relación precio calidad deja mucho que desear

Arrivati a piedi al ritrovo veniamo obbligati a spendere altri dieci dollari x custodia borsa e effetti personali. Il divieto avrebbe dovuto essere indicato sulla prenotazione. L'impiegata molto scortese ci dice che possiamo anche non andare al canyon tanto è solo un canyon. Io parlo inglese e l'ho capita benissimo. Peccato la cifra esagerata pagata già in anticipo per una visita molto breve. Canyon cmq molto bello.

Arriving on foot at the meeting point, we were forced to spend another ten dollars for bag and personal belongings storage. The prohibition should have been indicated on the reservation. The very rude employee told us that we could also skip going to the canyon since it’s just a canyon. I speak English and understood her perfectly. It's a shame about the exaggerated amount paid in advance for a very short visit. The canyon is very beautiful, though.

La actividad fue muy bien. Todo bien organizado y el personal muy amable. Te ayudan a hacerte fotos muy chulas y tienen mucha paciencia con todos (no hablábamos inglés). El único “pero” que le pongo es que cogí a las 12:30 la excursión para ver el cañón con más luz y esa hora es a la que tienes que estar en el punto de recogida. La excursión empieza 1 hora después y ya estaba todo oscuro. Translate this opinion into English.

The activity went very well. Everything well organized and the staff very friendly. They help you take very cool photos and are very patient with everyone (we didn't speak English). The only “but” I have is that I took the excursion at 12:30 to see the canyon with more light and that time is when you have to be at the pick-up point. Semplice trovare il punto di partenza. Gruppo piccolo e con guida molto brava. Ci aiutava a fare le foto nel modo più efficace possibile. Peccato non avere la guida in italiano, e avevamo prenotato il tour alle9,30 ma siamo stati inseriti in un gruppo più tardi nonostante fossimo a fare il check-in alle8.30. Quindi poca precisione degli orari indicati. Ma davvero bellissimo.
