Avrei dato eccellente ma non avere la guida italiana dopo avere pagato ed essere avvisato solo la sera prima..... Toglie l eccellente.... Si dovrebbe avere rispetto per tutti i clienti e organizzare le guide multilingue.... In fondo bastano poche parole per non far sentire escluse coloro che non parlano inglese o spagnolo... Comunque la guida Catherine è unica e di una simpatia ineguagliabile

I would have given it excellent, but not having an Italian guide after paying and being notified only the night before..... It takes away the excellent.... We should have respect for all customers and organize multilingual guides.... After all, a few words are enough to not make those who do not speak English or Spanish feel excluded... Overall the hike was good but very crowded. The guide on the tour Antonio showed up over an hour late for our tour that our whole was sitting there for over an hour waiting. On top of that the guide blamed the tour company for him being late. The guide didn't really give us much information at our stop and gave us an hour for "lunch" before the hike, but took us to a location in the city that was completely closed with no food options!

Hola el caminito del Rey es un lugar fabuloso. Sólo que cuando contratamos el viaje aclaramos que era con guía en Castellano y al llegar nos encontramos que era en Inglés y la guía de la empresa no nos solucionó nada sólo nos dijo que lo lamentaba eso nos pareció una falta de respeto por parte de la empresa como tambien el trato autoritario de la guía. Agradecemos a la Gente del caminito del Rey que se mostraron muy atentos poniendo ellos un guía propio. Gracias Marcelo por tu exelente guiada

Hello, El Caminito del Rey is a fabulous place. However, when we booked the trip, we specified that it would be with a Spanish-speaking guide, but upon arrival, we found that the guide was in English. The company's guide didn't offer any solutions; she simply apologized. We felt this was disrespectful on the part of the company, as was the guide's authoritarian manner. No sería excelente, ya que sacamos el caminito del Rey y era con guía en español, al llegar al lugar, teníamos un guía en inglés. Tuvimos ste reclamar. Por otra parte la guía por parte de ustedes cero táctica. Que se dedique a otra cosa

L'escursione in sè è andata benissimo, la pecca è che abbiamo prenotato la visita in italiano per poi sentirci dire dalla guida della Garganta (che si occupa direttamente della visita al Caminito) che nessuno di loro parla italiano e che ogni volta capita così. Io mi rendo conto che si venderebbero meno escursioni se non ci fosse l'opzione dell'italiano, però non trovo corretto fare così. Io ero con mia mamma che non parla nè inglese nè spagnolo, quindi le ho dovuto tradurre tutto.

The excursion itself went very well, the downside is that we booked the visit in Italian only to be told by the guide from Garganta (who is directly in charge of the visit to Caminito) that none of them speak Italian and that this happens every time. I realize that fewer excursions would be sold if there wasn't the option for Italian, but I don't think it's fair to do it this way. I was with my mom who doesn't speak either English or Spanish, so I had to translate everything for her.
